Last updated: 2026-05-10

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Popora (the “Service”, “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Popora is an online platform that:

  • Allows event organizers to publish opportunities and manage applications.
  • Allows vendors (food trucks, market stalls, beverages, artisans, etc.) to discover and apply to those opportunities.
  • Facilitates document verification, contract generation and payments between organizers and vendors.

Popora acts as an intermediary. We are not a party to the contracts entered into between organizers and vendors.

3. Eligibility

To use Popora, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
  • For vendors: hold a valid ABN (Australia) or NZBN (New Zealand).
  • For organizers: have authority to act on behalf of the organization you represent.

4. User accounts

4.1 Account creation

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • One account per person or entity.

4.2 Account types

  • Vendor account — for food trucks, stalls, beverages, artisans, etc.
  • Organizer account — for event organizers (markets, festivals, food markets, etc.).

4.3 Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate an account if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • The information provided is false or misleading.
  • Abusive behavior is observed.
  • Fees due are not paid.

5. User obligations

All users agree to use the Service in good faith, comply with applicable laws, and not engage in any activity that could harm the Service, other users or third parties.

6. Fees and payments

Some features of the Service are subject to subscription fees or platform commissions. Pricing is described on the Pricing page and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
  • Platform commission applies on payments processed via the Service.
  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

7. Documents and verification

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy and validity of the documents they upload (insurance, licenses, ABN, etc.). Popora may use automated verification (including AI-based analysis) to assist organizers in reviewing documents, but does not guarantee their authenticity.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform (excluding user-generated content) is owned by Popora or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant Popora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store and process such content for the purpose of operating the Service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Popora’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Popora over the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
